Continue your exploration of improv comedy with Reno Improv’s Level II: Introduction to Long Form. In this fun 8-week class, you’ll learn how to create two- and multi-player scenes as well as how to identify and play the game of the scene. Improv training promotes self confidence – both on stage and in professional and public speaking endeavors. In Level II, you’ll continue to develop valuable listening skills, practice exuding composure in the face of uncertainty, and become a stronger collaborator in group settings. Most importantly, you will practice saying “yes” to new ideas and experiences.
Class starts Thursday, March 12 and runs through April 30. The class will culminate with a student showcase. We will meet at 695 Willow St. (corner of Wells Ave. and Willow St.), Thursdays, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. This class is offered to adults 18 and over and will be limited to 14 people. The cost is $200 (if you pay in full by Thursday, March 5) or $225 (on or after Friday, March 6). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot.
