Session #1 of the Sketch Comedy Writing Program is SOLD OUT. Please email email@example.com to be notified when future classes open up.
The Sketch Comedy Writing Program at Reno Improv consists of four 8-week sessions and culminates with a full-length sketch comedy revue written by the students and performed by six actors (three men and three women) within the community.
The first session will cover an intro to comedy writing, comedic voice, character development, the 5-point structure, point of view, tension, stakes, and more. To get the most out of the program, please be prepared to commit to all four sessions.
