Continue your exploration of improv comedy with Reno Improv’s Level II: Introduction to Long Form. In this fun 8-week class, you’ll learn how to create two- and multi-player scenes as well as how to identify and play the game of the scene. Improv training promotes self confidence – both on stage and in professional and public speaking endeavors. In Level II, you’ll continue to develop valuable listening skills, practice exuding composure in the face of uncertainty, and become a stronger collaborator in group settings. Most importantly, you will practice saying “yes” to new ideas and experiences.
Class starts Monday, January 6 and runs through March 2 (NO CLASS FEBRUARY 17). The class will culminate with a student showcase. We will meet at 695 Willow St. (corner of Wells Ave. and Willow St.), Mondays, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. This class is offered to adults 18 and over and will be limited to 14 people. Prerequisite – Level I: Introduction to Short Form Improv, or equivalent improv training. The cost is $200 (if you pay in full by Monday, December 30) or $225 (on or after Tuesday, December 31). You can pay online via PayPal at PayPal.me/PayRenoImprov or in person with cash, check or credit card. Contact email@example.com to reserve your spot.
